1. surface fabric
        usually 3 kinds of fabrics are used as mattress ticking.
                1) woven fabric,
                2) knitted fabric,
                3) printed fabric,
                          -- satin printed fabric
                          -- tricot printed fabric
                          -- brushed printed fabric
  2. High density P.U. Foam
             this foam layer can be different shape (egg-box shape, wave shape, etc) or function (memory foam, latex foam) to provide different feeling.  
  3. felt pad
          this layer functions as insulator.
          we offer soft felt and hard felt.

  4. Nonwoven fabric
  5. High density bonded foam for firm support to spring unit
           we can also attach edge support spring or sponge tube to spring unit to make the edge firm.
  6. High carbon heat treated steel springs.
  7. Helical wire for holding of spring unit.
       --6&7 are spring unit, which can be compressed packing or roll packing.
